A twelve (12) month Electronic Data Interchange Customer Contract between Per-Se Technologies and the provider reflecting the applicable MSRP above is required. Billing Services have the option to sign an Electronic Data Interchange Customer Contact at the published flat fee rate or the per claim rates for the Medisoft Electronic Claims/Encounter Submission service. However, all participating Billing Services’ customers must be billed accordingly on either a flat fee or per claim basis. No combinations are allowed. Per claim rate not applicable to Claims Manager. Radiology and Laboratory shall not be offered the option to contract for flat fee-based services. Except where stated above, only per-claim based services pricing is available to Billing Services, Radiology and Laboratory.
